Service Engineer

Job Title: Service Engineer (Mongolia)Department: After-sales ServiceLocation: MongoliaLanguage Requirement: English (must be proficient) Main Responsibilities:Equipment Installation and Commissioning:Perform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of SANY equipment in accordance with company standards. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment operations. Provide timely maintenance and repair services. Customer Support:Offer technical assistance and training to customers and operators to ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment. Reporting and Feedback:Prepare service reports, collect feedback from clients, and report common problems to the technical department for continuous improvement. Spare Parts Coordination:Assist in identifying spare parts and coordinating with the spare parts team to ensure timely delivery. Safety Compliance:Ensure that all service activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and internal policies. Travel and Field Work:Willing to travel to customer sites across Mongolia for equipment service and support. Other Duties as Assigned:Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors or the regional office.
