This position will be responsible for generating new business, maximizing and ensuring delivery of budgeted revenue across all departments for the Ramada Ulaanbaatar Hotel. You will actively manage the hotel’s Marketing and sell the product and the services of the Hotel focusing on maintaining and developing new corporate negotiated and transient business, new conference business, new wedding business, and increasing leisure business for the property.

The Hotel Receptionist is responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests, in line with the hotel’s vision and values on customer satisfaction. The main purposes of the hotel reception area’s staff are to respond courteously to guests’ requests, play a part in the general running of the reception desk including cashiering.
