We are currently seeking a  potential candidate for the position of Parts Interpreter based in UB at Parts Department.   The Parts Interpreter is responsible for the execution, processing and coordination of all parts sales quotations using the eXtend system. Advising internal and external customers on their parts requirements by preparation of electronic part sales quotations.   The main responsibilities: Preparation of external and internal customer sales quotations. Follow up and conversion of quotations into sales orders. Interpretation of customer’s parts and component requirements by use of electronic parts manuals. Liaise with all suppliers on pricing and availability requirements. Works closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accuracy and proper matching of paperwork for all parts sales’ orders. Ensures all quoted availability dates are met. Prepares monthly reports related to the parts sales. Works close with parts Expediting coordinator to ensure all customer parts delivered on time. Assist the Supervisor by supplying information required for completion of parts sales reports.

Kitchen Supervisor

Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the roster position of Warehouse coordinator at the Parts Department. This position requires working at the customer's mine site (Tsagaan Suvarga) located in Dornogovi province on a Long-Roster shift.   Provides customer’s service to the most possible satisfaction Works closely with the Inventory, Logistics, and Parts Sales teams to ensure timely supply of all OEM and Non OEM parts & daily warehouse activities. Track incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and shipments. Ensure accurate stock levels and perform regular inventory checks. Ensures all deliveries to the customers are correctly dispatched and sort out if any discrepancy. Collaborate with transportation providers for timely delivery of goods to the mining site. Extensive use of eXtend for checking parts accuracy Responsible for warehouse housekeeping, making sure corrective actions of workplace inspection are done in timely manner Making sure warehousing, receiving, dispatching processes and procedures are accurate and are applied. Controls all Proof of deliveries for delivered parts or goods to the customers and filing them properly for future company references. Manage inventory records and ensure they are up-to-date. Ensures all parts packaging, preservation and proper lashing. Ensures the warehouse is compliant with all safety regulations and follows safety compliance

Inventory Supervisor

Ensures Inventory Team has a clear understanding of their job responsibilities. Supervises the daily activities of the inventory team within well-established and clearly defined policies and procedures. Promotes customer-focused relationships and philosophy. Responsible for investigating, controlling and reconciling any inventory variances on a daily weekly and monthly basis for all warehouse locations.  Manage inventory to ensure cost effectiveness and financial asset productivity Maintain right stock procedure apply the correct order parameters Monitor service work order and forecast for all  components , communicate with service team planner make sure order maintain all necessary parts maintain the right level of stocking Maintain good communication with all parts staff + service + customers Responsible for resolving all internal and external client customer service issues in a cost effective and expeditious manner. Product Support Sales Representative

To maintain and grow the company’s customer base, product sales, and profitability through the sale of OEM and after-market products and support services in sales territory as assigned by the company. The product offering includes original equipment parts and components, after-market products, service labor, service contracts, and other products and services the company promotes.   Establishes and maintains strong, professional relationships with customers and manufacturers, solving technical problems and generating customer solutions as a value-added supplier. Reporting to the Head of Parts Department, this position supports sales activities through specialized technical and/or scientific knowledge and product applications. Follows the Company sales process. (IMPACT Sales) with a strong focus on attaining desired targets Establishes and maintains long-term professional relationships with all contacts including customers, suppliers, and branch personnel. Documentation and Record Keeping Establishes and maintains strong, professional relationships with customers and manufacturers Assist management with on-site inventory The position is a 5-day/week with customer interaction at all possible hours  

Parts Sales Document Officer

The Document Officer is responsible for the organization, management, and maintenance of all documents related to the parts sales team. This includes creating expense documents, printing packing lists for delivery, and managing picking and packing lists in coordination with the warehouse team. Oversee the organization and maintenance of all sales-related documents, including customer purchase orders, invoices, picking lists, and delivery notes. Ensure that all documents are correctly categorized, labeled, and filed in both physical and digital formats. Ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and in accordance with company standards. Verify that all relevant details are present before filing, including the stamp of the person who picked the items, the delivery date, and the customers’ name and mobile numbers on the Proof of Delivery (POD). Ensure proper archiving of completed sales documents and maintain an organized, accessible archive for future reference. Create and archive expense documents for delivery. Print delivery notes (packing lists for delivery). Match proof of delivery (POD) with invoices and forward the information to the finance department. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that picking and packing are properly handled during the picking and delivery of parts. Track picking and packing lists when provided and received from the warehouse team. Provide requested documents for internal teams such as finance and legal. Assist the finance and parts sales teams in generating reports that require sales document data. Maintain effective communication between different workgroups within the parts department. Be a team player, contributing to a collaborative working environment. Participate in weekly Workplace Inspections (WPI). Take responsibility for the annual wall-to-wall stock take.

Inventory Coordinator

Maintaining inventory levels according to budgets and plans, monitoring inventory turnover ratio, days in inventory, and dead and slow-moving items. Coordinating inventory usage and storage requirements with Purchasing, Warehousing, and Operations. Checking the inventory list of products and maintaining adequate inventory levels in the warehouse. Keeping track of all inventories for transportation. Assigning tags and labels for all housed merchandise. Making note of damaged, lost, and stolen goods. Monitoring the inventory turnover ratio. Ensuring the compliance of Occupational Safety and Health rules for all warehouse personnel. Making sure the proper and systematic handling of all inventories in the warehouse.

Technical Support Specialist

• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant personnel from within Transwest and its associated entities, the• Principle and other companies as required, ensuring smooth, timely and accurate transfer of data.• Implement where necessary in the completion of all Factory Campaigns and Field Campaigns within the OEM’s recommended completion schedule, to the correct standards and in accordance with all relevant documentation submitted as per OEM’s support Policy.• Support all warranty claims so that they are submitted as per Komatsu SPPMs requirements with all failed parts, failure investigation and proper root cause analysis.• Ensure all OEM recommendations are being adhered to with regard to the operation and maintenance of the equipment to achieve acceptable levels of equipment availability.• Ensure all known defects are correctly investigated, recorded and the required parts are available at the time of repair. Defect Management.• Manage PM program to work in conjunction with Equipment Management Solutions• Create QAQC docs for new rebuild components as TM develops new business through excavators major component overhauls.• Perform detailed failure investigation and support to make warranty claim decisions.• Liaise with factory personnel as required to provide required information for technical support.• Document and file all Komatsu Products related information for history purposes.• Participate in continuous improvement programs including modifications to Preventive Maintenance Sheets and assembling of Job Safety Analysis (JSA’s)• Carry out regular in field inspections / observations and report as required, these inspections are listed, but not limited too- Periodical Machine Inspections- Komatsu Undercarriage inspections- GET Inspections- Blade, Bucket, Ripper inspections- Control System Analysis- Workshop / Work area inspections- Oil Sample Analysis- VHMS Downloads- Payload Data Analysis- Defect Management Process • Communication and IT Skills are an important area in this position, requirement to understand and communicate via written and verbal is essential.

Design Engineer

Keeps up to date with equipment changes, developments, and applications as it relates to service requirements involving industry procedures and standards. Monitors failure reports, conducts problem analysis, and makes equipment modification recommendations. Performs design improvements for service-related failures.  Liaises with Komatsu Engineering Group to acquire OEM drawings and specifications; provides feedback to influence OEM’s manufacturing standards by communicating customer’s needs and market changes.
