The IT Officer is responsible for maintaining and supporting IT systems and infrastructure. The role includes providing daily technical support, ensuring system reliability and security, and assisting with the implementation of technology solutions.

• Maintain and support Windows-based servers, network systems, and virtualization infrastructure
• Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for internal users at all levels
• Communicate effectively with end-users to resolve issues in a clear, patient, and professional manner
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on servers, workstations, and network devices
• Deploy and configure new hardware, software, and systems
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely supply of IT equipment and consumables
• Prepare technical reports and collaborate with other departments as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in IT and Computer Science
• MCSA certification is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of professional working experience
• Expertise in Windows-based server and network architecture, Hyper-V virtualization, WS 2016 & 2022, Windows 10 & 11, Powershell, and network systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in English language both written and spoken

Position

• On site in accordance with company rotation schedule
• Roster 14/14 on/off
