Position: Full-time Native English Teacher
Location: Gurvan Tamir School, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English to students from Grades 1–12 (depending on assignment)

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CEFR or Cambridge standards

• Use project-based, student-centered, and inquiry-based learning methodologies

• Assess and report on student progress regularly

• Participate in school-wide events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities

• Collaborate with Mongolian teachers to ensure language integration across the curriculum

• Minimum Qualifications:

  • Native-level English proficiency

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field

  • Recognized teaching certification (TEFL / TESOL / CELTA or equivalent, 120+ hrs)

  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (international or ESL setting preferred)

  Preferred Assets:

  • Experience with Cambridge / IB / Common Core / CLIL curriculum

  • Classroom technology skills (Google Classroom, Zoom, interactive whiteboards)

  • Cultural adaptability and experience in Asia

  • Willingness to live and work in Ulaanbaatar
