• Oversee the implementation of Training activities to achieve performance objectives including KPI
• Lead and oversee Training processes.
• Manage Training activities and processes for Drill and HME Trainers in the workplace
• Participate and lead in training planning and scheduling and other training programms
• Coordinate, lead and/or participate in training audits and Planned job observations as directed
• Maintain a safe working practices on the equipment and advising to Trainers and Operators
• Working close with Supervisors and Mine Captains on managing the Training plans and schedules
• Assist in the identification of Equipment damages
• Ensure compliance of project HSE & Training Management System documents to applicable laws and regulations
• Interface with Drill Trainers, HME Trainers to provide supervision, coordination, technical assistance and problem solving advise in the course of their training duties
• Work on the scheduling and planning of the trainings with HSET Administrators
• Receive and prepare daily activity reports and all required reports from Trainers and HSET Admins and work on the prepararation, summaries for Project Leadership team and the client 
• Required task performance from Project Management team

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, or at least 5 years of work experience in underground mining.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, manage workforce and resources effectively to plan and execute multiple tasks.
• Understanding the importance of prioritizing safety and compliance with safety protocols to successfully complete tasks.
• Experience in supervising staff is considered an advantage.

• Site based role 
• Roster: 2weeks on, 2weeks off
