Job purpose: Enhance business productivity and efficiency by implementing robust Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and performing in-depth data analysis. The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing BI tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.

• Analyze and model data to uncover actionable insights that support strategic business decisions
• Develop, implement, and optimize BI tools such as Power BI to create interactive and impactful dashboards
• Monitor and improve performance through data integration and detailed analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide user training and technical support for BI tools
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain data security standards

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL (knowledge of Python is a plus)
• Advanced or higher proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Power BI certification is preferable
