- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows
- Solid knowledge of Business Planning, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other planning and forecasting platforms
- Confident and clear presentation skills for effectively communicating plans, insights, and results
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- A proactive team player who drives accountability across cross-functional teams
- Educational background in finance, business, technical, or engineering fields is essential
