- Ability to work on programs including adobe after effect, adobe premiere and photoshop
- Ability to facilitate video/photo camera and relevant equipment.
- Deliver production work based on order and perform professionally.
- Ensure not violating intellectual property and use only permission is given from intellectual property owner.
- Content creation: Production and content delivery on MSM Group, Automotive, Industrial and Beverage sectors. Production incudes photo shooting, video recording and content creation.
- Ability to do graphic edit on production. Provide story board, story, music and direct accordingly.
- Standard: Ensure maintaining brand equity and hold brand book as primary standard.
- Cooperation/Partnership: Ensure all partners and parties follow up MSM brandbook guideline while using MSM asset.

- A Bachelor’s degree is required. A major in Production and Video Director
- Performs video post-production tasks, which include reviewing footage, adjusting audio, making color corrections, adding music, graphics, photographs, and animation, and editing. Shoots and edits still photographs, including touch-ups, color correction, and re-sizing
- Contributes to strategic planning discussions with internal clients and team members by providing innovative ideas and solutions to help meet business objectives through video and photo content
- Performs a variety of production tasks for video shoots, including lighting and audio setup, talents, and camera operations.
